What information belongs in a handoff note for a generated podcast theme? I am setting up a folder convention before our team exchanges different versions. I want the receiving editor to understand each revision without having to reconstruct the conversation. I came across suno fix while collecting references for the discussion. My proposed note includes the source format, export settings, and the section under discussion. Would you keep a separate change log beside the audio files? Approval also needs to refer to an exact file so that a later export does not inherit it accidentally. We have not settled on a processing tool or assumed that any particular change will help. A dated note about who prepared each file would also help us resolve questions during the final approval stage. Please share the fields you find essential when another editor takes over a short intro.
